To strengthen Baked Cookies' brand, their logo was revamped to better reflect their selection of gourmet products. To establish a more unified brand identity, new signage, POS displays, disposables, and more, including the Dough2Go logo and take-out packaging for their gourmet edible cookie dough, were also created. The result is a more sophisticated but family-friendly look that beautifully complements their delicious treats.

Baked Cookies has a disjointed online presence. The franchisor (corporate company) had their own website, while the first franchisee had their own, separate site. To create a unified brand experience, a website development firm was hired to create a single e-commerce website. The goal was to provide customers with an improved, consistent experience, while also capturing the unique spirit and story of the Baked Cookies brand. Unfortunately, the developers were struggling to deliver on this goal.

To ensure the success of the project, high-fidelity design mock-ups were created for the developers, utilizing the same assets and resources provided. This new design not only allows customers to connect with the brand on an emotional level, but it also drives customer engagement, sales and loyalty. By using the same assets, this was also a cost-effective solution for the project.

Baked Cookies Social Media and PPC Ad Design

As part of unifying the Baked Cookies brand, social media posts and PPC ads were designed. These were then distributed by an outsourced social media and PR firm. This ensured the Baked Cookies message and story stayed consistent across all channels, allowing them to reach a wider audience and build a stronger brand identity.
